Yes! Our caregivers speak either Mandarin or Cantonese in addition to English!

We provide service in the Greater Vancouver Area! Including: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Delta.
Yes! Visiting care can be arranged for overnight sessions. Our overnight care starts at 8 hours per care session.
Yes, we priortize in supporting your loved one wherever they are.
Yes. If you live in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, or New Westminster, we start at a minimum of 2 hours. If you live in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey, or Delta, we start at a minimum of 4 hours. This is mainly due to cost of travel, as we do not charge additional for mileage.

Pricing FAQs
Yes, all clients will get an invoice and receipt each month or bi-weekly.
The prices will remain the same for the first 12 months. After that, prices may change due to labour costs, but we will let you know 3 months in advance.
No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. However, there may be additional charges for extra services, such as transportation or mileage if you live outside of our normal service zone. We will be sure to let you know beforehand!
Yes, however there would be a 2.99% surcharge for credit card processing fee.
We prefer e-transfers, but we also accept cheques, cash, credit cards, Paypal, and direct deposit.
Yes! We don't lock you in a contract or anything, so feel free to let us know anytime when you want to cancel.
